Community guidelines
Our standards for respectful, consensual, and responsible real-world connections.
No abuse, hate, humiliation, threats, bullying, or repeated unwanted contact.
Use truthful profile information. Do not impersonate someone or fabricate your identity.
A decline, cancellation, block, or decision to leave must be respected.
Choose public places, follow local laws, and do not pressure others into unsafe settings.
Do not publish another person’s private information, images, messages, or location without consent.
No exploitative, sexually explicit, violent, non-consensual, or otherwise unlawful images or messages.
Meetups are voluntary. You may decline or cancel a request, leave an uncomfortable situation, or block further contact. No user has a right to demand another person’s time, contact details, or attendance. No-shows may be disappointing, but a report alone does not establish a policy violation.
Use the in-app report tools to report conduct or content. To investigate reports, we may preserve relevant message or image evidence, review the context, restrict content or features, suspend or ban accounts, or refer matters to appropriate authorities when required or justified by law. We evaluate available evidence; not every report leads to enforcement.
If your account is restricted, use the Contact Support option on the restricted-account screen or email support@stoodup.co to request a review. Explain the decision and why you believe it should be reconsidered. A review request does not guarantee reversal.
These Guidelines supplement our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how reports and relevant evidence may be processed. In emergencies, contact local emergency services.
